The State of Design Festival is in full swing and we’re happy to report that a bunch our creative creatures are getting their design hands dirty. First up, Beci Orpin will be giving her voicebox a bit of exercise with two talks this week. This Wednesday July 27, Beci will be talking about her favourite colour (yellow) at Top 5x5 Colour, and then on Thursday July 28, she’ll be sharing the stage with some talented belles for the sold out The Design Files Live talks. Next up, it’s Dylan Martorell who takes the prize for the most busy-festival-bee. Over the first week he was involved in the Bus Projects' moving gallery, Critical Mobility, and this weekend he’ll be tinkering away at the very helpful Repair Workshops. Dylan will also share a space with some other impressive artists, including our very own Tin&Ed, at the opening of Housewear this Thursday July 28. Phewf! Looks like it’s going to be one busy week.
