My Nana. She told me to forget maths and draw to my heart’s content.
Preferred method of dealing with an encounter with an acquaintance whose name you can’t remember.
I forget all names, surprised that I can actually remember my own. I do the ‘Hey you!’ thing. Never works.

In primary school I drew a house on fire and everyone said it was great. I felt like I had conquered the world!

Coffee and papers on my deck with the ones I love. Lots of sunshine is always nice.
